I take 2 pills when I get up in the morning, and 1 pill before bed. 500mg.

I am so very lucky to never had had UTI, but have advised friends to use D Mannose. One thought I was a loony, cause her doc never told her....she was ALWAYS having UTIs...guess she was a good revenue stream.
