She used to look pretty normal, even kind of nice looking, but then she keep transforming herself. They claim she had some botched dental work, but it looks like series of bad plastic surgeries. Then a top of that, she got into exercise.
Combined with natural ageing, and result is presented in the picture.

BTW, I was once associated with her uncle (once removed). He was the total idiot, hard to find anybody worse than him, After meeting him, I lost any regards for any nobility!
