At the risk of throwing cold water on our collective sense of relief, I must ask the obvious question: what are the chances there will be another attempt on President Trump's life in the remaining months before the election? At this point, I must think it's possible and even likely.
Chances. It's like casting lots. Haman was big into lots, for example.
While most focus on security (or lack thereof)... on the "Secret Service" in name only (SSINO)...
... the deeper "unaskable" question is the question of Jewish identity. ("Mordecai the Jew")
Hadasseh -- the modest Jewish girl filled with country charm who had no interest in becoming royalty -- was hidden in the palace in plain sight, "masquerading" as the queen named Esther ("star", "I will be hidden"). She arrived by winning a beauty contest. What were the odds?
As the Megillah tells it, Esther didn't ask one question until the point where she revealed her Jewish identity. It does make simple sense that if she had been running around asking questions, especially questions about the established order, that would have been a dead giveaway.
Then there's the question if Columbus had been a secret Jew.
(Columbus = "dove". Not much of a disguise.)
And in modern times, people know that Jews were hidden during the Holocaust.
Thus there's nothing new about hidden Jews. It's been an epic story of survival since time immemorial.
Esther 6
11. Then took Haman the clothing and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to honor:
12. And Mordecai came again to the king's gate; But Haman hurried to his house mourning, and having his head covered:
13. And Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every thing that had befallen him; Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife to him, If Mordecai, before whom you have begun to fall, is of the seed of the Jews, you shall not prevail against him, but shall surely fall before him:

Is the established order safe? Mordecai was eventually honored for having revealed the plot to assassinate... the king ("AHAS-Я-US").
And in turn, Esther told the king ("AHAS-Я-US") what Mordecai had told her, concerning the plot to kill the king ("AHAS-Я-US"):
"They want to take away my freedom because I will never let them take away your freedom. It's very simple, and I'm not going to let it happen.
