When I was 7 or 8 on of the neighbor kids dressed as a girl for some costume party. I was surprised, and initially wondered if he might get cooties or something from the clothes but the next day we were having battles with those marx army men.

Yeah, I will probably get blasted for this, but children play dress up and may put on high heels, etc., for fun. If this was teacher directed, then it isn’t innocent OR fun.
