This one is tricky.

I wonder how long she signed the lease for?

Maybe the landlord should rent out the space next door to Pro life people.

Not tricky at all. She fraudulently rented it. And likely is causing permanent damage to the landlord’s ability to rent out that building in the future with it having a gruesome past.

It’s only “tricky” if you don’t understand commercial leasing.

The nature of the business is important information for a commercial lease. Hiding it can be construed as fraud. In this case the question was asked in *writing.

Despite what the murderess claims, the landlord had no requirement for “due dilligence” regarding claims (or false claims) made by the tenant.

Case closed in any legit court.

Rent it out to a curry restaurant and vent the kitchen odors toward the abortion facility.

I know that God has a special place for people that own, work for, or do business with these types of places.

How is this tricky?

When the lease is up, and the owners do not wish to renew to you, you go.

A lease is only as good for as long as its for.

I’d sue the realtor and the facility for fraudulent misrepresentation. Its fraud.

Historically, tanning operations were located downwind and out of town due to the odor they generated. I suggest the landlord invite an operation like that in next door. And then maybe a music school specializing in teaching drums to hard-of-hearing students on the other side. Lots of interesting ideas could present themselves...
