Salt Lake has the advantage of already having most of the infrastructure built. They should not need many new venues. Just refurbish the current ones and add only the ones you need for new sports
New sports:
1. Decathlon in gender reassignment. 10 different procedure where the net fastest time wins. Degree of difficulty will be standardized against length of male genitalia built or respected, bra size augmented or reduced, speed of hormone therapy seconds sexual characteristic development, finishing touches.
2. Biathlon. That one explains itself in the light of sexual orientation equity
3. Figure skating. Will be an exhibition because judging will be banned as judging anything will be illegal hate crimes by then
4. Marksmanship. Target will be anyone who has had a conservative thought in the period (oops that wreaks of binarism in terms of gender) interval spanning from 2002 - 2032 so America can demonstrate it has purged itself of any non-acceptable thought
In other news the Olympic flame will be a member of the gay male self identifiers standing in a bowl for the duration of the games
The traditional fireworks of opening and closing ceremonies will be replaced by a laser show
No countries will be recognized, rather the UN flag will be carried by all teams in order to eradicate the hate crime of nationalism.
