The legal system is dysfunctional, and the media are part of a huge lie manufacturing machine.

Also, there is deliberate historical misdirection on this issue, primarily from William Rawle back in the 1820s.

The legal system never adequately dealt with Rawle's efforts to mislead people, because back in those days, it had no significant impact.

And now it has steered us into this "Anchor Baby" system we have now.
