Biden obviously had a face lift at some point. Probably took some of the lobe off his ears too.
The biggest difference is the chin. One Biden has a dimple/butt crack chin. The other does not.
I suspect the real Biden is now drooling, sitting in a rocking chair. Every once in awhile he yells out “corn pop” or something like that. When he is awake, he is probably catatonic.
If Biden had a double the double would have made an appearance and said he was dropping out.
