I tried to translate the speculated trajectories onto Google Earth and come up with (very) roughly this:

Video of the people in the Grandstand farthest from the shooter with people seeming to be hit in a line parallel to the top back rail of that grandstand:

re. The trajectory implied between the two people going down at the top LEFT of the grandstand and Jumbotron farthest from the shooter, coincident with the round that hit the rail on the top right.

If either two the guys (one in white, one in blue) on the left of the Jumbotron were grazed by the same bullet that hit the rail on the right, then we don't have the whole story yet.
