My uncle a few months ago had skin cancer on his nose so they had to the mohs surgery to keep digging til it was all clear..his doctor told him that after everything has healed they can take some skin from his leg and surgically implant it in the nose area to make it good as new..fortunately he only has a small piece of side of his nose removed its hardly noticeable but he was scared he would lose more..so yes, they can take some skin from Trump’s leg later on and implant it on his ear it will be good as new

A 5.56mm (.223) is a high velocity low mass slug 55-62 grains. It is not considered a high caliber high mass slug such as in an M-14 7.62mm 147 and higher grains.
Both can cause massive tissue damage due to hydro static shock and expansion of the slug. As the ear is thin tissue it went right through it without a hydro static shock nor expansion. Three Trump supporters had massive tissue damage and one died. One of those slugs was probably the one that went through Trumps ear.
