My big concern now is PTSD. Hope his medical team are on the lookout for it. Could happen weeks or months later.
Can be devastating if not dealt with properly.
God Bless President Trump.
(The DoJ under Garland might refile.
Is that not possible?)
That’s what Garland is doing right now. He’s going to refile the case in the District of Columbia.
I suppose that Smith will not enjoy any sort of immunity that a lawfully appointed prosecutor might have. He should also have to pay for his own attorney fees when Trump sues him for every penny that he will ever make for violating Trump’s Constitutional rights. Seems fair and right.
The takeaway is that it was always BS
Appeal ? Hopium for the Deep State , 3 Letter agency boys to talk up. Jack Ass is done.
I agree. Trump is a resilient man, but he’s been through more in the last year than most of us go through in a lifetime. PTSD is a real concern. It can hit the strongest of men. We should all pray and fast for him.
They can refile but here’s the problem, the subpoena and warrants that resulted in the evidence used to indict were filed by a prosecutor that had no right to even ask for a subpoena. So all that evidence was acquired illegally. Can evidence illegally acquired be used at trial?
No. It's called "the fruit of the poisoned tree."
The Q was rhetorical but thanks for your response. It’s spot on.
Couldn’t he be personally sued for deprivation of rights under color of law?
