American automakers have been shooting themselves in the foot for years. The Chinese would be coming in to sweep up the debris. Thankfully, we have other automakers still willing to fill in the gaps.

I’m old. I used to love GM products. That is, until I bought a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. The car looked good, rode good, and would break down while sitting in my driveway! Then, in 2008, when GM screwed Impala buyers saying their problems were with old GM, and this was the new GM. That was it for me.

Chrysler was given to Fiat... Fix It Again Tony, that’s all you need to know.

Ford held strong for a while, but their quality has gone in the dumper.
