It is entirely possible.Plus, if it can be shown this is an official White House action, Trump can be prosecuting for grossly wasting government resources (the bullet).
Also, there might be a sexual harassment charge if any of the female SS agents allege that he tried to 'grab them in the p***y' on the way down to the floor.
