To sleep longer get a good bed and especially do not drink anything for several hours prior to sleeping or you will wake up every 1.5hrs to 2hrs like I do!

The mattress is tufted meaning the layers are sewn together.
The mattress is a Saatva brand. They have mattress by mail but are getting involved in sales locally and those mattress’s are built better unlike the online versions. It is about 12.5” thick and has handles sewn in on the sides. It is heavy with edge support.
B.I.A custom builds beds for dealers. I have seen this on sale as low as $1,100
I raise the top end a bit and slept better then I have in years. My back feels much better with no pain as there is no sagging. I have Sciatica and needed a better bed then I had before. This new bed hopefully will help with the healing.
The last beds I have had ended up going soft or lumpy and or developed a crease as the layers shifted within months or a year.
Only time will tell how long this one will last. It does have a 15 year warranty.
I tried a Aireloom mattress which felt really good while in the store but the $6,000 price was too much....!

Wonder why that would be? Seems pretty perverse to do such a thing.
