I had a confidential conversation today with someone I know who told me he had a friend fairly high up in the Secret Service. He was told that one of the sharpshooters had a bead on Crooks when he was on the roof before he shot Trump. Apparently, he was on the phone with the higher ups at the SS begging them to let him take out Crooks.!!

They refused.!!

This was totally out of the blue for me which suggests validity and also what happens suggest it was a real conversation.

I'm not big on second and third hand info but it does look like it could have happened.

Vid of the two sharpshooters doesn’t look like either of them took down the perp; I read that it was another sharpshooter further away that got him.

He says no way the shooter didn't have help there was an accomplice for sure.

No way other sharp shooters looking at the perp would not have shot him immediately accd. to dallas the sharpshooter being interviewed.

Yet another reference to possible permission to shoot could have happened. Position of shooter was too obvious accd. to dallas its so obvious it should have been covered by security.

Yes I'm fairly sure that is how it would go. Though when he was witnessing the shooter aiming his weapon at Trump. He doesn't need approval. That is a legal defensive action for any citizen. Approval is needed when you have a highly suspicious target.
