As I understand, that is not an option. The issue manifests with the "Blue screen of death" meaning the system is not operational. A rollback would require an operating albeit hamstrung system which is not the case. The solution requires reboot and interrupting the startup process by going into safemode, then with admin access, removing the offending file, and finally a fresh and complete reboot.
