I have believed that Judge Cannon was delaying the case long enough to keep it from interfering with the election and to prevent Smith from transferring the case to a D.C. court! Perhaps she has achieved her ends. Of all the possible reasons to dismiss, I thought Smith's eligibility to bring the case was low on her list. Quite a lesson! ✨✌
