Per the article, he couldn’t even qualify for his HS rifle team...he was such a bad aim.

There are a lot of people on this site saying it was an easy shot.

It absolutely was not. Especially when considering there was a down angle.

Either he did a lot of research and PRACTICE on his own, or he was taught by somebody who knew the craft.
