This was setup by a faction of the government using deniable cutouts to ANTIFA allies, plus direct manipulation of the Secret Service to leave a huge gap in the security coverage. The SS detail for President Trump was deliberately short-staffed to create such gaps.
ANTIFA recruited a suitable local volunteer and made sure that he would know where the gap was and what to do when he got there. They also assisted the volunteer with weapon acquisition and training, possibly also stashing the required weapon on site for later use.
The police SWAT team may have been suborned. There is no good explanation as to why they appear to have had the assassin in their sights but did not fire until after the assassin had fired. That was inconveniently captured on multiple video and sound recordings.
There is equally no good explanation for why the police rejected the reports of witnesses who saw the assassin moving into position and then police responded with "confusion" for the next three minutes or so.
About the assassin, there is little doubt. He was videoed by witnesses crawling into position and opening fire. He made no real attempt at concealment and had no discernable escape plan. The videos show him killed by the counter-snipers after he fired at least three shots. What took them so long?
The Secret Service reports to the executive branch, which is the Biden Administration. So does the FBI. We have a big problem here. They will not find anything in their "investigations".
This is not the first time the "Deep State" people have done this. It is the first time they have been successful at getting an assassin into a firing position.
They will try again.

It’s been repeatedly reported there was a cop/agent who climbed up on the roof where the shooter was and saw the shooter with a weapon.
That begs the question, where is the radio traffic from this cop broadcasting that a shooter was on the roof? That would only take like 2 seconds.
