How did the guy manage to walk through the area with a rifle and climb onto a roof unnoticed?
He didn’t. Several people reported him walk between the buildings before he went up on the roof.
They were ignored.
There were dozens of witnesses who “noticed”.
They screamed, yelled, waved their arms at police and secret service, pointed to his exact location for at least a couple of minutes.
My guess is that the rifle was planted up there a day or two before.
This whole scenario stinks.
A building that close to the venue and a guy climbs on the roof with a rifle ?
He’s seen on the roof for several minutes prior to the shooting ?
I have been told that there was a law enforcement drone airborne during this.
What in heck were they looking at if not this guy on a roof , with a rifle ,so close to the stage ?
Either this guy was a magic elf with a cloak of invisibility or the fix was in.
