Obviously, this is one of those silent-dog whistle signals that Trump consistently uses. The big problem with those is that only liberals seem to be able to hear them. I can’t see how effective these signals can be if the intended recipients cannot hear them, only the opponents.
It distracts them from what is really going on and makes them look crazy.
