Will SCOTUS stand up this time?

I believe the 2020 election was stolen. I am an engineer with many patents and successful product developments under my belt, and math is my natural talent. On the morning after election day, it was clear to me as it was to many that the statistical anomalies in the election results were way too significant and numerous to be simply dismissed.

Convictions have happened when circumstantial evidence is overwhelming to exceed the threshold of “beyond any reasonable doubt.” I know this because I was a juror in a criminal trial recently, and we rightly found the defendant guilty based on little circumstantial evidence offered by the victim that we could shoot no holes in, but found everything wrong with the defendant’s contrary yet more overwhelming circumstantial evidence. The smile on the judge’s face confirmed we had made the right decision and digging into the defendant’s criminal history after the trial I discovered the defendant was no stranger to this judge.

Many of you have also perhaps seen, or at least heard of Dinesh D’Souza’s 2000 Mules, which exposes even more circumstantial evidence on the issue.

As most of you know, the Supreme Court declined to hear any of the 2020 election challenges put forth by Texas AG Ken Paxton and supported by 18 state attorneys general and 106 Republican members of Congress.

“The lawsuit sought to discard the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia, four crucial states won by Mr Biden. Texas alleged that the results in those states were unlawful because of changes to voting procedures to help Americans cast their ballots during the coronavirus pandemic… But on Thursday, the four states in a filing asked the justices to reject the lawsuit, which they said had no legal grounds. The Supreme Court agreed. "Texas has not...

Has SCOTUS seen the damage they did?

SCOTUS cannot fix (or even discuss) this since it was
caused, instigated, funded, and controlled
by Malta, by Italy, and the controlling judge’s wife.

Anyone with logical and reasoning skills can figure out the 2020 election didn’t add up.

This time, an additional element to the “operation.”

What knots will Roberts tie himself into to avoid hearing election challenges based on non-citizens voting?

No need for the normal Soros-enabled vote fraud this time...

Only 15-to-25 percent of the approximately 60-million migrant invader vermin need to vote and the election is a lock for the American Communist Party...

I learned that, historically, the US Census Bureau estimated during each presidential election the total number or votes cast for president. Not who they voted for, not why, just how many.

Their total, every election was amazingly close — until the 2020 election, where millions more “voted” than indicated by the Census Bureau estimate.

If elections could be overturned on circumstantial evidence alone, the state would own every single election.

Without exception.

ACB is the reason that the USSC did nothing about vote fraud. Don’t expect that little self serving infiltrator to ever change.

How come the DOJ hasn’t put this guy in prison? Hello FBI, hello DOJ. This man questioned the 2020 election. Now, I have to wash my eyes out after reading this. I don’t want to get in trouble. Yipes...

It would help if someone had spent the last four years passing laws that would provide a remedy in law for election fraud. Because there aren’t any hat I can see. First, near total control of elections is delegated to the states, and second, most state laws provide for punishment of individuals to are caught cheating but that’s all.

If it’s not illegal to cheat, how do you reasonably expect the Supreme Court to act on it?

"As most of you know, the Supreme Court declined to hear any of the 2020 election challenges"

The Supreme Court justices are incompetent,

and when the American People, the USA, and the world desperately need heroes of intellectual and moral clarity as much as they ever have!

How did Biden get more votes than Obama when Trump got more vote in 2020 than 2016.

It’s either because of cheating or racism.

I met by chance a GOP vote count observer in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) in 2021. In case you didn’t know or forgot, Allegheny County gave Trump Pennsylvania and the presidency in 2016.

Trump didn’t win Allegheny County in 2016. Hillary didn’t get as many votes as Obama did previously. That difference plus the rural vote beat Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

In 2020 because of COVID the observers had to watch the vote count via monitors. The absentee votes couldn’t be scanned due to being folded to be put into the envelope.

Those were taken into another room where no camera viewed the count.

I still believe they refused all of the cases, especially PA, because Trump would win some, but they had no politically acceptable remedies.

The over-vote was part of The Narrative, because the anomalies would have stood out like a sore thumb without the ridiculous over-vote.
