First time I saw it, too. So I did what I sometimes do, which is to search for the image on tineye.com. That got me to goodmorningamerica.com. It turns out it was from the a rally after Super Tuesday in the 2020 race, when anti-dairy activists tried to take the stage. Jill Biden sprang into action and attacked the protestor.

I see the protesters were there to "Let Dairy Die" -- presumably because of the supposed damage cows do to all of us. But I noticed that protester wants dairy to die for another and more personal reason...she can't stop drinking milkshakes so she wants to kill the dairy industry.

This is "tolerant and compassionate" drjill, an educator, at a post-Super Tuesday rally back in 2020. Jill got annoyed at a protester. The "kindly" Jill sprang into action, bared her teeth, and viciously attacked the young girl expressing her free speech.
