“What about informed consent?”
There are different types of leadership. One is to curate the information the people get so as to coerce them into doing what you want. At the opposite end, the leaders give all the data, and the analysis to the people and let them make their own informed decisions. Pretty much, whatever side of the political spectrum a leader comes from, he tends to craft the message to get his desired results. But the Left sees the public as idiots. Anyone who disagrees with them is, in fact, an idiot.
To achieve optimum results from informed consent requires a high level of, if not education, then problem solving skills. That would start at home and be optimized by an education system free from Leftist, dumb-them-down influence. The public, having been drenched in Leftist education, can’t, on average make any informed decisions even if they the data. So, the problem of informed consent is much larger than just this one incident would indicate.
On the good side, the Left pulled the trigger on the vaccine too early in their control of the public and now the public is leery of anything the Left, meaning “The Gubament,” says.
Informed consent requires at least accurate information. The public was denied this on purpose by the federal government.
