Wasn’t this the whole reason for having an ‘armorer’…a professional expert?
Isn’t the armorer responsible for all the weapons on the site?
The assistant director was in charge of her. He handed off the gun but did a plea deal that the State thought would get them the young armorer (it did) and Baldwin separately. Baldwin had the place in hijinx mode and probably knew about the live ammo the state failed disclose possession of and it was know to have existed from prior testimony.
