Does CR allow users to rate each other?.....that comes in very handy on Offerup.

No. I wish they did, but who knows who actually leaves the reviews? Most times it’s just a guy wanting to buy something, or a guy wanting to sell something. I have had very positive results with CL, but I still carry!
