Refocus education on reading, writing, and arithmetic, with good coverage of history and civics. Eliminate CRT and DEI, remove unions from public schools, hire/fire teachers and admin on merit, and give parents transparency and a voice in their kid’s education.

Another method is to give small sums of money to poor families with infants or pregnant mothers. Handing out cash is better than handing out food itself.

The US Govt has been in the business of passing out food to America's lower classes since 1933, and the USA food stamp program started exactly 60 years.

It certainly hasn't raised the IQs of Americans on SNAP, and indeed, has helped ruin their families, made them fatter, more dependent, and worse citizens

IQ is a STANDARDIZED intelligence rating, meaning that even if everyone in the entire world somehow cut their intelligence by half, there’d still be IQ’s of 150.
