**What causes tires to blow out on TAKE OFF?
I can see some extra stress on landing.................**
The plane normally has a LOT more fuel on departure. One blowout puts more load on its mate.
Pilot most likely jumped on rudder/brakes inadvertently to correct to centerline and anti skid off or malfunctioned. I would suspect junior crew member. Other possibilities less likely.
