The families were verbally notified in February that preliminary toxicology reports showed cocaine, THC and fentanyl had been found in the men’s bodies. Maybe cocaine and fentanyl are the modern equivalent of a "speed ball". So they ingested/injected cocaine and fentanyl, then decided to go outside and smoke a joint and passed out?

Sometimes they pass out in contorted postures, inhibit blood supply and end ip with amputated limbs or severly damaged spines and supporting muscles.
