I thought the plan was for Biden get re-elected and at the
mid-point + one day of the second term he’d step down. Then
VP became the president and could serve to the end of that term
and be elected for two complete four year terms.
That could still happen if Biden steps down but I don’t think
she would be as likely to be re-elected. Especially with Trump
still in the picture.
Neither Biden or Kamala should have a real chance, but anything is possible with rat election fraud. Also more actual dems cast ballots when state marijuana legalization candidates or initiatives also on ballots, and Wisconsin hasn’t fallen to legalization yet.
I didn’t hear the version of the theory that rats will wait until second term to spring Kamala, but it makes sense too.
