Speed trap. They were after after “overachievers” *snicker*.
The office was a Volkswagen bus with the seats removed and a small table with a couple of chairs. They were having a pretty good time - just needed a case of beer to make it a party.
No complaints. They got me fair and square.

I have family in Germany and I also have a small house. I try to spend as much time as possible there, so I know the good old Polizei.
Years ago, my brother had an encounter with the Polizei and it was probably one of the most hilarious story I was ever told.
