Compare the speed (MPH) SQUARED OF 70MPH (4900) to the SPEED SQUARED of 55MPH (3020)
This will approximate the Horsepower relation needed for the two different speeds.
You need over 50% MORE HP TO GO FROM 55 TO 70.
With your goat being shaped like a brick, add a bunch more.

My 70 1/2 RS Camaro got close to 30 at that speed.
My Pickup is similar, peaking at 23.5 with Cruise at that speed, but between needing a set of O2 sensors, and running on E85 its about 13-15 now. That E85 is available for $3.249/gal still saves a pile, and the spread has been near $4/gal at one point the last few years. (520,000 miles on it too)
