If Robert Downey Jr. could serve 15 months in prison for drugs and weapon (that didn’t shoot anyone) charges, then surely Baldwin can serve 18 months for causing the death of a person.
Even at 18 months, that’s a joke IMO.
Was it intentional? Of course not, but I’ve seen people sentenced to manslaughter that got way more than that.
And I hope Baldwin serves longer than 18 months, I hope he gets life without parole.
