And just yesterday, I read an article from a patron, complaining about service employees.

That service employees are lazy, unhelpful, passive aggressive, resentful, and appear to hate their employers and customers.

I’d agree to that! I’ve in fact even commented to that type, ...”if you dont like your job, quit. Why make us all miserable?”... the shocked look on their faces was priceless!!
