I unfortunately saw a photo on X of a female who had a “penis” attached to where her vagina had been. I love horror movies, the gorier, the better. Nothing prepared me for the complete horror of that photograph. It looked as if her whole lower part had been attacked by a rabid bear & sewn back together. I almost became sick. No ethical doctor could possibly do that. It also stated that the patients who get bottom surgery will endure incontinence, pain, & painful sex for the rest of their lives.
WHY????
I asked “Why”. I did not ask “Why not”.
Our youngest son was two and a half when he told me he wanted to be Japanese.
That was in 1970.
I told him no, he could not ever be Japanese and that was the end of it.
These days that might be considered child abuse.
Why is self-evident unless you are nuts.

Seriously, there are two sexes. People PLEASE quit using the slave words for the massa. You are a boy, you are a girl. A rare intersex thing does happen, that is a genetic freaLike less than 1 in 2,000. It is hard to tell, because the societal engineers say 1.5-2%. I would think the only honest assessment you can make is to look at studies published in the early 20th Century. People who consider themselves trannies, and have surgery, are about 1 in 5000, or were about 10 years ago.
Kids cannot choose a gender nor can anyone else. Gender is a grammatical category and there are three, masculine, feminine, and neuter.
