9 Mexico
8 Thailand
7 Greece
6 India
5 Japan
4 Spain
3 France
2 China
1 Italy <
Well I'm partisan to western food but offer me chicken egg foo yung and an egg roll, I won't complain.
Have fun it's a holisay weekend
Polish - Smacznego!
Nonsense. French food is far superior to Chinese - I am talking mainland China authentic cuisine.
Spain and Portugal. Not even a question.
Notice there are no African countries on that list. Just saying. Not implying anything.
No Britain on the list :)
Scotland...haggis!
For overall ease in the U.S, I’d put Italian food first.
But overall regardless of ease or cost, good French food is the best IMO.
I would have expected Mexico to be higher on the list.
German food is good too. Schnitzel, sausages, beer...
Cultural appropriation?
CNN, geesh.
I would have rated Thailand higher.
If I ever go I’m getting a T-shirt that says (in Thai) “I’m only here for the food!”
Numbers 1-5 = Italian
After that, I like Mexican, Chinese, American, French, and Japanese. But I mean those cuisines in America since I have no idea how they are in those countries.
Thai - gag.
“Italy”. Let’s get real, the best “Italian” cooks are in the US, this is American food. Consider the pathetic so-called pizza served in Italy as example one.
I’m all for the top 8 in whatever order.
Might add an additional Eastern cuisine. Vietnamese?
1. American food (Bacon & Eggs, hamburgers, steaks, roasts, etc.)
2. American "Italian" food (pizza & pasta)
3. Mexican food (Taco Bell :) )
4. Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese (I'd put them all together as it is somewhat like regional variations of American cuisine.)
I have such an issue with H1B that I absolutely refuse to eat Indian food.
Eataly!
Stupid title. Every person on the planet has their own ten best cuisines. Who in the hell dreams up these stupid toipics. Oh yea - venues that want more click bait.
#1 should be Southern USA. There is none better.
India ahead of Greece? Right. As for American, the idea that the hamburger is the iconic, unique native food vs. bbq simply underscores that this article is from CNN— a place where employees wake up in the morning, take a dump and find they’ve lost half of their brain fluid.
Well, where else in the world can you get food from all of the other 9?
