And the Supreme Court rubber stamped this travesty. After dozens of executive branch people over decades have never been prosecuted for the same thing, including Merrick Garland last month, they allowed this.

Yes; in a fair world and environment. The glaring double standard easily could make this not happen in his case. Many of the J6 POWs have been denied meetings with their lawyers.
this will be the norm after the democrats stack the SCOTUS. Dissent for all dies starting in 2025.

Exactly, Naomi...I was spending my '4th' watching to see who was speaking out on behalf of Navarro, Bannon, and the J6'ers on 'Independence Day'...the only ones I was aware of were Jack Posobiec and 'Kane' of Citizen Free Press. As for the average American?

Imprisoning Bannon is the hypocrisy of the Democrats and the DOJ. There are two sets of justice, a very lenient one for Democrats and a draconian one for Republicans. This means they have embraced their Stalinism and are practicing it with total abandonment of the political freedoms that Americans have enjoyed for centuries. They have made America a third world hellhole and have not the slightest compunction about doing it. Their lawfare is saddening because it was never present in American politics and I never want to see it. To return it in kind continues the degradation of the greatest nation on earth, yet it will not stop until they are extracted, root and branch. They have brought this debacle on themselves and the rest of America, just like so many others.
