What’s wrong is they can’t wait until the kid’s 18. That would have given her 3 years to ‘groom’ them. Not illegal-just avoid the evidence(texts).
By that reasoning every minor (under 18) teen-aged murderer is not at fault?
Minors' names are almost never mentioned, 'to protect their identity and not stigmatize them for the rest of their lives', doncha know?
A teacher like her would have been tarred and feathered and escorted out of town on a rail back in the good old days.
Do you not even know anyone whose had any dealings with "CPS" Hint, they often do not 'protect' the 'child', kidnapping under cover of law is just another 'service' they provide...

How would feel knowing you fathered a child when you were 15, and never saw the child again? What if the child found you when it was 30 and you were 45?
