In his condition he has no chance of beating Trump and dropping out is not an option, because if he does, its because he’s too demented to even be President. Jill and Hunter Biden will not be allowed to run the United States until Jan. 20th, 2025... That isn’t going to happen.
Biden will be out before the convention , maybe as early as next week . They’ll go with Harris who’ll be not only the first female POTUS but also a woman of color POTUS . The system is so rigged she’ll beat Trump which means the 4th and potentially 5th Obama terms .
