Biden will be nominated well before the September 10th next debate. Even here in Puerto Rico he’s pretty much a joke. If this attitude is reflected in the Puerto Rican diaspora in Florida, New Jersey and New York it could mean problems. This group may simply stay home and vote for no liberal candidates.
