Fecklessness is not a crime.
Toeing the Democratic party line is not a crime.
Cowardice is only a crime while in a military uniform.

Maybe. But maybe not. We don’t really know. We need to find out just how things went down on Jan. 6th, first. There’s a lot we don’t know. But one thing seems clear. A successful coup took place between election day 2020 and inauguration day 2021, which means that acts of treason were committed. Who was and who wasn’t involved is uncertain at the moment. But I wouldn’t take any of their innocence for granted.
