The states have to work it out for themselves.

Why do they need to worry about abortion?
“On Friday evening, Jefferson County Circuit Judge Brian Edwards said the group of women lacked standing to bring the case”
Based on the picture of them, I would have to agree with the judge on this ruling.
“Why do they need to worry about abortion?”
The judge called them on claiming that they’d ever have to worry about getting an abortion or not.
Of course, sure, it’s religious freedom to murder children.....
....if you worship Molech or Baal!
I don’t recall child murder being a sacrament in Judaism.
Yeesh.
Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles might lose their arms, senses of smell and hearing, during a drunken bender?
LIARS. That is NOT what Jewish law states. It states abortion is ok before the 40th day, or if carrying a baby to term would kill the mother. The Torah (Genesis 9.6) prohibits shedding the “blood of man within man” - widely interpreted to mean a fetus.
These women are fake Jews like Reform women have fake "rabbis."
They did not cite the rulings of any ancient or modern authorities on Jewish law, did they?

If only there was some way to avoid getting pg.
LOL, they didn’t lack weight though.
Why would Khamas do this?
GOOD
“LOL, they didn’t lack weight though.”
True, if they did have standing, then the case likely would have weighed in their favor. But, but, if the have standing, then it seems the case would be weighed against them (depending on their faces and hair, that is).
Surprised how porky they are. Jewish women are usually slender. May be it is the unhealthy southern cuisine that caused the weight gain.
The judge.
There are fat women all over America. Why blame southerners?
They eat well. Too well.
I agree, but I had honestly never seen fat Jewish women before. All the ones I know are skinny liberals.
Their cause of action was ridiculous as well. The state abortion ban does not impinge on their freedom of religion. The law does not require them to believe life begins at conception. They are free to believe life begins at birth, they are just not free to have an abortion. Unless they could prove that their faith requires them to have an abortion, then the religious freedom claim fails on its face.
Kentucky is not South. It is lower Mid West
To be part of the South a state must have been part of the Confederacy. Kentucky was a border state. Same as Missouri, West Virginia, and Kansas.
