What is that on the time bar?

looked for a time bar earlier & didn’t see one displayed on the stream, so I went by the real time “live clock” displayed on bottom left of the screen.
LS came on at about 11:02 am eastern time stamp and I think his segment runs about 20 min or so & LS is back on screen now.

towards the end, he made an interesting point that if brandon steps down as “pResident” & kameltoe became acting pResident, it is not necessary for her to name a new VP.
she could just continue on with out a VP, which would also require approval of the house & senate.
a strategy that speaker johnson could stop in the event kamela tried to name someone as VP that could strengthen her position as acting pResident or Dem POTUS nominee
