I had it around 68 so bad I was immersed screaming in a bathtub of ice water. My dad asked a priest if he could baptize me himself he thought it was so bad.
I remember the pain! We were newly married. My husband would drive home from work (30 min) to check on me mid day. Couldn’t stand to move. Just laid there moaning. I certainly understood at that point why it could kill elderly or infirm people.
