If I were photographing the event, depending on where I was standing, I’d have my Canon R5 with something like my 24-105 mm f/4 lens. As bright as it was out there with the sun, fast shutter speeds are almost guaranteed.
I’m assuming a full frame camera.
Perhaps we’re not seeing the bullet at all in that pic, but only the red mist left
following its momentary vacuum trail. That could be done at a reasonable frame
rate. (The bullet having already gone far out of frame to the right.)
