ransomnote: To me it sounds like BBC music honoring the monarchy, or at the very least, episode introductory music for PBS Jane Austen series, or TV programs like Bridgerton.

America has warriors who sacrificed for their country, lives, limbs, etc. who don't get this sort of personalized fanfare, and here's 'Dr Jill' who never served, sacrificed or cared what she did to others, let alone for them or how her treason attacks freedom around the world. She's simply one of the parasites who helped steal the presidency.

Worse, here's Dr. Jill pretending to be President. What's with the windbreaker? Is that a presidential seal or does Dr. Jill have her own?
