Did you see Marco Rubio with Dana Bash yesterday (Sun.).
At the end she presses him about VP and the upcoming gathering in Florida, and on his willingness to move, since the presidential ticket can’t be from the same state.
Honestly, Marco couldn’t control a grin through the several questions, like the Cat Who Happily Swallowed the Canary.
His reaction made me wonder. It made her smile knowingly as well.
I don’t know anyone in office who has the gravitas first of all, and ability to make a high stakes deal when facing off against NK, China, Russia, and the Middle East powder-keg, but for Trump.
Who in an emergency could step in for Trump, or carry the torch?
The world knows we have a big mouth, but we’re broke, make nothing, and our military supplies are down around our ankles, etc..
These reasons are also why I pray there is really some semblance of an Alliance understood between at least some of these players, in hopes that they, like us, are waiting on Trump.
They could have torn up the USA, like striking a wounded duck, for our lack of peak readiness.
They did not.
Yet.
Maybe General Flynn is likely the sharpest on scope, in experience and knowledge. We will see.
