I don’t know if this is fact or fantasy, but I think those are the top 3 concerns the Biden crime family has: Legal immunity if Joe’s not in a position to issue pardons, cash, and legacy.
The problem with such a negotiation is that the Bidens would have no leverage to enforce any agreement.
Whoever is doing the negotiation for the other side is an obvious liar, cheat and scoundrel!
