Everyone needs to keep this in mind that this doesn’t automatically invalidate a bunch of laws. They will need to be challenged again in court.

I noticed that when reading it. The court doesn't want to be flooded with cases that are the result of having overthrown Chevron.
One thing I'd like to see the court do, is to give a lot more deference to liberty than it does. Perhaps getting rid of Chevron is a part of that. It still seems to me that the scales are weighted to favor the feral government over citizens.
