I don’t know what Cenk is talking about. Biden has been this way almost the entire time he has been in office. Doesn’t Cenk look at any of the videos on the internet? This isn’t new that he can’t string 3 sentences together without losing his train of thought. Not news that he is physically frail, unstable on his feet, unable to focus, slack jawed, incoherent. Has everyone on the left just ignored what is evident to the rest of the country? I guess the answer is yes.
